We are a community of residents of fifty-five townhouses in Fairfax County, Virginia. Our community is made up of a vibrant mix of owners and renters, private sector and government employees, entrepreneurs and stay-at-home parents, and retired individuals and children, just to give a sampling.

Our homes line two quiet courts with ample trees giving a mix of sun and shade. As the "Forest" in our name suggests, all our homes back to trees, many of which were here before our homes were built. Many residents choose to join a community pool only a block away. Our lack of through-traffic, playground, and picnic area are appealing to families with kids. Children of Winter Forest attend West Springfield Elementary, Irving Middle School, and West Springfield High School. Our proximity to the entertainment and professional opportunities of the region make Winter Forest a smart choice for all.

Our location well suits the commuting and travel  needs of our residents. We are just off the convenience of the Fairfax County Parkway and only 2.5 miles from I-95 and I-495. The Franconia-Springfield Metro station is only 3 miles away  and we're only a mile from a bus stop and one of Washington's famous "slug lines."
